Tradeloop ("we," "us") provides missed-call text-back and follow-up services to HVAC and other home-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• From our business customers: business name, contact name, phone number, email and billing details.
• From people who call our customers: the phone number that called, the time of the call, and any text messages sent or received through our service.

How we use it

• To send a text message back to a caller after a missed call, on behalf of the business they called.
• To show the business a record of missed calls and replies so they can follow up.
• To bill our business customers and provide support.

Text messages

Callers may receive a text message after calling a business that uses our service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the business the caller contacted, and with service providers we use to run the service (such as our phone/text provider and payment processor), only as needed to provide the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

Data retention

We keep call and message records while a business is a customer and for a reasonable period after, unless a deletion is requested.
